In the shadow of centuries-old olive trees and oaks, our bungalows are surrounded by the unspoilt nature of the Maremma, in an oasis of peace and quiet.


They offer any kind of comfort and can accommodate up to 6 people who will enjoy the amazing view of the surrounding hills and the relaxing ambience.



The roomy verandas are equipped with chairs, table and deckchairs, and allow our guests to keep in contact with nature and the open-air, and to enjoy the gentle breeze and the always mild temperature of this wonderful piece of Maremma.

The bungalows are divided in two typologies: Fontino and Club6 - Morea. They are both designed for a comfortable holyday, but also for living in the open air during the summer: the chalets consist of a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) and a toilet with shower.

Our guests can also take advantage of the half- or full-board arrangement of our restaurant, in order to enjoy the holyday in absolute relax.

Every bungalow is equipped with a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, private toilet, air-conditioning and a spacious veranda.

The bungalows "Fontino" are wooden built, according with the environment and energy saving. They offer enough room for up to 6 people. They are situated near the swimming-pool area, on a nice little square surrounded by oaks and olive trees. They are made up of a living-room with kitchen, TV area and a pullout sofa bed, two separate bedrooms and a toilet with shower.
The veranda is equipped with deckchairs.
The surface area is 38 square meters.

Our guests can enjoy the half- board or full-board arrangement of our excellent restaurant (on request).
